Lovely Riad, friendly staff, scrumptious food, perfect location, romantic atmosphere, beautiful rooms.

Almost perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really good, providing helpful and friendly service. They were always available to assist with tourist related hacks and questions, we had a great time in the city. The hotel's location was fabulous, as it was close to Jammal square and all the main tourist spots in the medina. We were able to easily access transportation, with the nearest taxi stand just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a beautiful rooftop terrace and peaceful communal areas.

Nothing it is perfect.

We really enjoyed a top location, well furnished rooms and funny staff. Amazing facilities and the pool was nice.

Tasty breakfast: I liked eggs, pastries, yoghourt and pancakes. The staff members were easygoing. Service was really exceptional, that made the hotel top-notch place.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The riad's location was ideal, as it was not too deep in the medina but still close enough to explore all the vibrant sights and sounds of the city. The rooftop terrace was a haven of tranquility, offering a beautiful sun-soaked spot to relax and unwind. The hotel provided reliable WiFi both in the rooms and on the terrace, a definite plus. Although the food at the riad was not really good, it offered a reasonable selection of wine and liquor, a rare find in Marrakech. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel & Spa Riad El Walaa and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers. a fantastic experience that left me with lasting memories.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the main square. We also appreciated the service car hire and airport shuttle, which made our travels stress-free. The staff, from housekeeping to the managers, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Simo, the manager, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, we loved the leisure facilities, including the spa, indoor swimming pool, and sun terrace with loungers.

Perfect location in the middle of medina, yet quiet and comfortable. Terrace and pool provided relaxation. Tasty breakfast with fresh products. Impeccably clean rooms with huge, comfortable beds.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Marrakesh. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything yet quiet. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful Moroccan-style interior. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked bread and pastries. I also loved the relaxing spa area and the rooftop terrace with stunning views.

One negative aspect was the unreliable wifi connection in the room.

Lovely staff and beautiful place. Pretty room, delicious food, and walking distance to the Souk. Useful phone for getting around. Memorable birthday celebration.

Felt like being home, no reason to complain.
